Sica l'Immobiliare was established in 1977 in a famous ski resort in Bardonecchia.
Maurizio Sica as administrator, started his experience and professional growth in the receptive tourist field in renting and selling second homes.

Within a few years Sica opened offices in: Turin, Genova, Salice D'Ouix, Borgata Gleise and two others in Bardonnecchia, one on the main street of Medail to manage rental and the other selling properties.
